1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, purchasing a membership, buying merchandise, registering for an event, or submitting a club registration application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Membership
2.1 Reading and Understanding These Terms
All members must read and understand the terms and conditions expressed herein. All members are also required to read and abide by the Queensland Supra Club Constitution, a copy of which is available on our website.
2.2 Eligibility and Application
Membership is open to anyone with an interest in Toyota Supra vehicles. Applying for membership does not give the applicant title to club membership — the Committee may evaluate and reject any application at their discretion. Upon rejection, any fees paid will be refunded in full within 14 days.
2.3 New Membership
New membership is priced at $76 for the first year, which includes a welcome pack (club T-shirt and 2× club stickers). Membership renews annually at $36.
2.4 Returning Member
Returning member renewal is priced at $36 per year. No welcome pack is included. This tier is available to existing or previous members only.
2.5 Member Benefits
Active members receive access to the Members Shop (exclusive member pricing), discounted event ticket pricing, and any other benefits outlined on our website at the time of purchase.
2.6 Unpaid Fees
If a member's fees remain unpaid for more than 30 days, the Committee reserves the right to terminate that member's membership. Upon re-application, all new membership fees will be applicable.
2.7 Conduct
All members are required to abide by all state and federal rules and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of each member to know these rules and regulations. No member is to act in a way that may negatively affect the Club or its reputation, including undesirable personal or driving conduct whilst at a Club event or whilst displaying the Club name or logo.
2.8 Liability
As a member of the Queensland Supra Club, you accept all liability for your own actions, the actions of your vehicle, and any guests who attend Club functions on your behalf. You agree not to hold the Club liable for any damages incurred by you or upon you during a Club event by your continued membership with the Club.
2.9 Disciplinary Action
Any member found to have broken the rules and regulations of any authority will be personally responsible for the relevant charges and fines, as well as disciplinary action from the Club Committee. The Queensland Supra Club reserves the right to report any member to the relevant authorities at the sole discretion of the Committee. Any member believed to be representing the Club in a derogatory manner may, at the discretion of the Committee, have their membership suspended or revoked.
2.10 Suspension and Termination
The Club Committee may suspend or terminate a member's membership at any time at their discretion. This suspension or termination may be contested as per the Queensland Supra Club Constitution.
2.11 Respectful Conduct
All members are to act in a courteous and respectful manner to all other Club members at all times.
3. Merchandise
3.1 Orders
All merchandise orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if an item becomes unavailable after purchase.
3.2 Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
3.3 Shipping
Shipping costs and timeframes will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or third-party couriers once an order has been dispatched.
4. Events
4.1 Registration
Event registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Spots are limited and not guaranteed until payment is processed.
4.2 Refunds
All membership and event fees are non-refundable. A refund will only be accepted if cancellation of an event is made 14 days prior to the event booking closing date. After this date, a refund will only be given if a replacement participant can be found. If a replacement club member cannot be found, a non-member may attend the event provided they agree to abide by the Club rules for the event.
4.3 Event Changes
The Queensland Supra Club reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify events. In the event of a cancellation by the Club, a full refund will be issued.
4.4 Participant Conduct
All event participants are expected to conduct themselves safely and respectfully. The Queensland Supra Club reserves the right to remove any participant from an event for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour without refund.
4.5 Liability
Participation in club events is at your own risk. The Queensland Supra Club accepts no liability for personal injury, vehicle damage, or loss of property arising from participation in club events.
5. Club Registration
5.1 Application
Club registration applications are submitted via the online form on our website. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
5.2 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring all information submitted in your club registration application is accurate and complete. The Queensland Supra Club is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the applicant.
5.3 Certificates
Club registration certificates are issued at the discretion of the Queensland Supra Club Committee based on the information provided.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Queensland Supra Club Inc and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Privacy
All information provided by an applicant or member to the Club will be handled strictly in line with the Club's Privacy Policy, available on our website.
8. Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law

Refund Policy

1. Overview
Queensland Supra Club Inc is committed to fair and transparent refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This policy applies to merchandise purchases, memberships, and event registrations.
2. Merchandise
2.1 Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on merchandise purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.
2.2 Faulty or Incorrect Items

2.3 Return Shipping
If a return is required due to a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Change of mind returns (where accepted at our discretion) are at the customer's expense.
3. Memberships
3.1 New Membership
New memberships that include a welcome pack are non-refundable once the welcome pack has been dispatched. If you have purchased a new membership and the welcome pack has not yet been dispatched, please contact us within 7 days of purchase to request a cancellation.
3.2 Returning Member Renewal
Membership renewals are non-refundable once processed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
3.3 Welcome Pack Items
Individual items within the welcome pack (club T-shirt, stickers) are subject to the same merchandise refund policy outlined in Section 2.
4. Events
4.1 Cancellation by You
Event registrations are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed by the Queensland Supra Club. We recommend not registering for an event unless you are certain you can attend.
4.2 Cancellation by the Club
If the Queensland Supra Club cancels an event, a full refund will be issued to all registered participants within 10 business days.
4.3 Significant Changes
If the Queensland Supra Club makes a significant change to an event (e.g. change of date or location), registered participants will be notified and offered a refund if the change is not suitable for them.
5. Club Registration
Club registration application fees, if applicable, are non-refundable once an application has been submitted and processing has commenced.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
