Members who wish to nominate for a committee position may submit this form before the AGM. Completing this form is optional and is intended to make the nomination process easier, particularly for members who are unable to attend the AGM or who simply wish to nominate in advance.
Members attending the AGM may still nominate themselves from the floor during the AGM in accordance with the club's constitution.
If you select more than one position, it indicates you are willing to be considered for any of the selected roles.
All committee positions will be decided by a vote of eligible members at the AGM.
