OFFICIAL CLUB EVENT

Sunday 2nd August 2026

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Pre-meet at BP Yatala

9:45 AM – 10:30 AM: Re-group at Gap Park'n'Ride (Nebo base)

10:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Cruise up Nebo and Glorious to Somerset Dam

12:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Somerset Dam meet, Club AGM and food

This is our Foundation Cruise and AGM. Starting point is BP Yatala at 8am, please fuel up before parking with the club as we'll be sticking to a schedule throughout the day.

From there we'll cruise up the highway past the city to the Gap Park'n'Ride at the foot of Mt Nebo. Once everyone's regrouped we'll head up and over Nebo and Glorious. At the bottom we'll regroup at the Skid Pad T-intersection and continue on to Somerset Dam.

When we arrive at the Spit at the dam, we'll have some food sorted for members and hold our AGM. Details on catering to come, so stay tuned.

This is an official club event, so any reckless behaviour will be noted and acted on if needed.

The AGM

The Foundation Cruise and AGM are a big part of our club, marking the close of one year and the start of the next. In line with our constitution, the committee stands down at the AGM and a vote is held for a new committee.
