Event for 2026's Foundation cruise and AGM meeting.

Starting point will be at Yalata BP at 8am, please fuel up before parking with the club as we will be sticking to a schedule throughout the day.

We will then cruise up the highway past the City to 'The Gap Park n Ride' just at the foot of Mt Nebo.

Once everyone has regrouped and we are ready we will head up and over Mt Nebo/Glorious. Once down the bottom we will regroup at the 'Skid pad' T intersection and continue towards Somerset Dam.

Upon arriving at 'The Spit' at the Dam we be hosting a small BBQ for the members and hold our AGM (Annual General Meeting)

Being a OFFICIAL Cub Event any reckless behaviour will be noted and acted upon if the need arises.

The AGM:

The foundation cruise and AGM are a fundamental part of our club as it signifies the close and open of a new year.

In accordance with our club’s constitution, the committee traditionally stands down at the AGM and the current secretary will hold a vote for a new committee.
