The foundation cruise and AGM are a fundamental part of our club as it signifies the close and open of a new year. In accordance with our club’s constitution, the committee traditionally stands down at the AGM and the current secretary will hold a vote for a new committee.

Event Schedule
7:00 AM to 7:30 AMPre-meet at BP YatalaPlease fuel up before parking with the group. We will be running to a set schedule throughout the day.
8:30 AM to 9:15 AMRegroup at Gap Park'n'Ride (base of Mt Nebo)
9:15 AM to 11:30 AMCruise Mt Nebo and Mt Glorious through to Somerset DamWe will regroup at the skid pad T-intersection before continuing to the dam.
11:30 AM to 2:30 PMSomerset Dam meet, club BBQ, and Annual General Meeting
About the Day
This is our annual Foundation Cruise and AGM, a key event on the calendar that marks the end of one club year and the beginning of the next.
Our starting point is BP Yatala at 7:00 AM. After fueling up and meeting with the group, we will cruise up the highway past the city to Gap Park'n'Ride at the base of Mt Nebo. Once everyone has arrived and regrouped, we will head up Mt Nebo and Mt Glorious, regrouping again at the skid pad T-intersection before cruising through to Somerset Dam.
At the dam, we will set up for a relaxed BBQ lunch and hold our AGM. This is a great chance to catch up with other members, have a good feed, and get involved in shaping the future of the club.
This is an official club event. Any reckless behaviour will be noted and may result in disciplinary action.
The AGM
As part of the club’s constitution, the committee formally stands down at the AGM. The current secretary will facilitate nominations and a vote for the new committee.

Final Notes
